2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively for facilitating school management workflows—such as generating report cards, tracking attendance, and sending automated SMS notifications to parents. We do not sell, rent, or lease any data to third parties under any condition.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

School data is retained only as long as an active subscription exists. Upon cancellation or termination of services, schools are given a 30-day window to export their data, after which it is permanently purged from our databases.
