Terms of Service

The rules and guidelines for using the SchoolIMS platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SchoolIMS software and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Service Provision & Uptime

SchoolIMS endeavors to ensure that our platform is available 24/7 with a 99.9% uptime SLA. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for scheduled maintenance, which will strictly occur outside of standard school operating hours.

3. Authorized Personnel

Accounts are strictly allocated to verified administrative staff and teachers. The subscribing school is solely responsible for managing internal role-based access controls and ensuring credentials are not shared externally.

4. Limitation of Liability

SchoolIMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including the loss or corruption of manually entered data.
